1. Acceptance

By using Cache & Cook (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What Cache & Cook does

Cache & Cook is a recipe assistant that drafts, imports, and organizes recipes. Recipes are generated using AI and are suggestions only — always use your own judgment when cooking, especially around food allergies, dietary restrictions, and food safety.

3. AI-generated content

Drafts produced by the AI are for inspiration. Cache & Cook does not guarantee nutritional accuracy, allergen safety, or suitability for any specific diet. You are responsible for reviewing recipes before cooking.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person. Don't share accounts or use the Service for anything illegal.

5. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the Service, attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape content, or interfere with other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

Cache & Cook is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to issues related to AI-generated recipe content.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll note the “last updated” date above.
