Creamy Garlic Beef and Spinach Skillet

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 pound ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until no pink remains, about 5 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.

Add 1 diced yellow onion and 3 minced garlic cloves to the beef. Stir and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.

Pour in 3/4 cup beef broth and bring to a simmer. Cut 4 ounces cream cheese into small cubes and stir into the broth until melted and smooth, about 1 minute.
