Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil to the skillet. Add broccoli florets and cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until bright green and tender-crisp. Season with 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- 03
Return beef to the skillet. Stir in minced ginger and garlic, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 04
Pour in soy sauce and juice of 1 lime. Toss everything together and cook for 1–2 minutes. Taste and adjust salt, pepper, and lime as needed.
- 05
Divide between bowls and top with sliced green onion. Serve warm.
Spice Tips
For warmth, add 1/2 teaspoon more red pepper flakes or a pinch of white pepper. For extra brightness, stir in 1 teaspoon sesame oil at the end or finish with fresh cilantro.
Serve over steamed rice or with rice noodles for a more filling meal. Keeps well in the fridge for 2 days — reheat gently in a skillet with a splash of water.
