Cut 1 pound broccoli into bite-sized florets.

Slice 2 green onion stalks on a bias.
Method

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned, about 5 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed and transfer beef to a plate.
- 02
Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil to the skillet. Add broccoli florets and cook, stirring occasionally, until bright green and tender-crisp, about 6 minutes. Add minced garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 03
Return beef to the skillet. Stir in soy sauce and honey. Squeeze lime juice over everything and toss until combined. Cook for 1 minute more.
- 04
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onion. Serve warm.
Spice Tips
For more heat, increase red pepper flakes to 1/2 teaspoon or add a dash of sriracha to the glaze. For brightness, add fresh cilantro alongside the green onion. For depth, splash in 1 teaspoon of sesame oil at the end.
