Garlic Beef and Egg Noodle Skillet
Ingredients
- 1 poundground beef
- 8 ouncesegg noodles
- 4 clovesgarlic
- 3 tablespoonsoy sauce
- 2 cupbeef broth
- 2 tablespoonbutter
- ½ teaspoonblack pepper

Mince 4 cloves garlic.

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 pound ground beef and cook, breaking it apart as it browns, until no pink remains, about 5 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.

Add minced garlic to the beef and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in 2 cups beef broth and 3 tablespoons soy sauce. Bring to a simmer.

Add 8 ounces egg noodles and stir well. Simmer uncovered for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender and most liquid is absorbed.

Stir in remaining 1 tablespoon butter and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning.

Spice Tips
