Spice Tips
For warmth, add 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice or a pinch of cayenne pepper to the spice blend. A squeeze of fresh lemon juice at the end brightens the dish and complements the yogurt beautifully.
Serve over rice, couscous, or with warm pita bread. Leftovers keep refrigerated for up to 3 days.
