Creamy Garlic Kale with Crispy Shallots

- 4 clovesgarlic
- 3 tablespoonolive oil
- ¾ cupheavy cream
- ½ cupchicken broth
- ½ cupparmesan cheese (freshly grated)

Remove stems from kale and tear leaves into bite-sized pieces.

Method

Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shallots and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden and crispy, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel and season with salt.
