Crispy Pan-Fried Cabbage with Garlic & Lime

Slice 1 small head of green cabbage into roughly 1/2-inch-wide pieces (about 6 cups).

Heat 3 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Once oil is shimmering, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add sliced cabbage to the pan, season with salt and black pepper, and cook without stirring for 3 to 4 minutes until the bottom begins to brown and crisp.
