Sheet Pan Shrimp with Charred Peppers and Garlic Oil

- 3 wholebell peppers (mixed colors)

On a large sheet pan, toss the shrimp and bell peppers with the olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Spice Tips
