Buttered Zucchini with Garlic and Thyme

- 3 tablespoonbutter
- 4 clovesgarlic
- 2 teaspoonfresh thyme

Slice 1.5 pounds zucchini into 1/4-inch-thick rounds.

Mince 4 cloves garlic.

Strip 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves from the stems.
Method

Heat 3 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until foaming.

Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add sliced zucchini to the pan and stir to coat in butter. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until zucchini is tender and lightly golden at the edges.
